Tokubetsu Junmai IWC

One of the most emblematic sakes produced by the Nanbubijin winery.

“Junmai” means traditional sake, with only alcohol from natural fermentation. “Tokubetsu” means that it is special. Technically this sake is smoother and more elegant than Junmai. On the nose it recalls pear and green apple as if this sake belonged to the Ginjo category, but in the mouth it returns to being mineral and dry. A special and rich sake.

Junmai “Yuzo special”

Accustomed to sipping hot sake. Then we invite you to discover the excellence of hot sake.

How does it change when you heat sake?

We will present a sake rich in rice umami and full-bodied and we will do it at a temperature that will allow us to appreciate its harmony and pairing possibilities.

All koji 2020

Water, rice and koji are the ingredients of sake. And what happens if a sake is made with just water and koji?

It is a sake highly sought after by connoisseurs.

Aged, amber in colour, it brings back hints of dried fish, dried mushrooms, dried fruit.

Intense in the mouth and full of umami and a slight hint of whiskey.
